Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the close of each billing cycle. You can turn off automatic renewal from your account at any point — the plan remains active through to the end of the period already paid for, and simply does not renew afterwards.

Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial payment. A request falls outside the refund window if a subscription has already auto-renewed past the first cycle, or if the plan has been used to run a volume of processing jobs that clearly exceeds reasonable personal use.
The same 30-day window applies to lifetime purchases — cancel within 30 days of payment and the full amount is refundable.
