These Terms of Use form the contract between you and Fabtech Software Inc. for access to colourise.com and the Colourise AI Photo processor — a single product bundling background removal and photo colorization. By visiting the site, creating an account, uploading a file or completing a purchase, you accept the Terms below. If any clause is a deal-breaker for you, please stop using the service rather than proceeding.
1. Use of Our Service
Colourise lets you upload image files to our cloud so that our background removal and colorization models can process them. You agree to upload only images that you own or have a verifiable right to process, and to use the output in a way that complies with the copyright, privacy and publicity laws that apply to you. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise 24/7 availability — scheduled maintenance, regional capacity constraints or rare outages may briefly interrupt access.
2. Your Content
The photos you upload stay yours. We keep them only as long as it takes to run the model, return the result and let you download it, after which they are deleted from our processing servers. Colourise does not mine your uploads for advertising profiles and does not use your files as training data for current or future models.
3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
The Colourise brand, the colourise.com interface design, the product copy, the software and every other creative element shipped with the service are owned by Fabtech Software Inc. and protected under the copyright laws of Hong Kong and international treaties. No part of the site may be copied, mirrored, reposted, framed, adapted or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from Fabtech Software Inc. The word "Colourise" and the colourise.com logo are trademarks of Fabtech Software Inc.; using them in a commercial context without authorization is prohibited and actionable.
4. Contact & Changes
These Terms may be revised as the Colourise product and the legal landscape evolve. Material revisions will be published on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated Terms. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Colourise service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, and you consent to that jurisdiction when you use the service.
